Delete your account
last updated 16 October 2026You can delete your Underworld 1925 account and the data linked to it at any time.
In the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
If you cannot use the app
Send an email to support@underworld1925.com from the email address of your account. Write "Delete my account" and your username. We will confirm by email and delete the account.
What happens to your data
- Your account and game progress (money, rank, items, achievements, friends and family membership) are removed from our live systems right away.
- Your email address, username, push notification token and other data linked to you are permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days at most.
- Copies remaining in backups are removed within 90 days at most.
- Chat messages are removed or no longer linked to you.
- Records we must keep to meet legal obligations (such as purchase confirmations) are kept only for the period required by the applicable law.
Deleting your account cannot be undone. Purchases you made are not refunded by deleting the account.
