Privacy Policy
last updated 15 October 2026Underworld 1925 ("the Game") is an online mafia strategy game. This page explains what information the Game collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Account data: your username, email address and password. The password is stored only as a one-way hash; we cannot read it.
- Game data: your progress, money, rank, items, fights, family membership, achievements and the chat messages you write in your family chat.
- Technical data: your IP address and basic request information. We use it to protect the Game against abuse (for example too many login attempts). Our hosting provider may keep ordinary server logs for a short time.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos or advertising identifiers. The Game has no ads and no analytics or tracking tools, and we do not sell your data.
Why we use it
- To create your account, keep you signed in and run the Game.
- To send you a password reset code when you ask for one.
- To keep the Game fair and safe: block bots, stop cheating and handle reports about abusive chat messages.
Services we use
- Render hosts the Game's server and database.
- Cloudflare hosts the web version and provides the Turnstile "are you human" check, which may process your IP address and browser information.
- Brevo sends our emails (your email address and the reset code pass through it).
Payments and in-app purchases
When you make a purchase inside the app, your payment is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not see, collect, or store your credit card, debit card, or bank account details. We only receive confirmation from the relevant store that a purchase was completed, along with the product purchased. The processing of your payment information is governed by the privacy policy of the store you use.
Chat and reports
Family chat messages can be read by the members of your family. If a player reports a message, the moderator can read that message and the report. You can block players so you no longer see their messages.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, reminders such as "your energy is full" are created on your own device. They do not send any information to us.
How long we keep data, and deleting it
We keep your account and game data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account through Profile → Delete my account, your account and game progress are removed from our live systems right away and permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days at most. Copies remaining in backups are removed within 90 days at most. Records we must keep to meet legal obligations (such as purchase confirmations) are kept only for the period required by the applicable law. Chat messages are removed or no longer linked to you.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Write to support@underworld1925.com. If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Turkey, you also have the rights given by the GDPR, the UK GDPR and the KVKK, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Age requirement and children's privacy
Underworld 1925 is designed for players aged 16 and over and is not directed to children under 16. If you are under 16, please do not use the game. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If we learn that a person under 16 has provided us with personal data, we will promptly delete the account and the data. If you believe this has happened, please contact us at support@underworld1925.com.
If you are under 18, you must get permission from your parent or legal guardian before making any in-app purchase. Parents can restrict purchases using the family and parental control settings of the Apple App Store or Google Play.
