The Game is fiction
The Game is a work of fiction set in a stylized 1920s underworld. It contains crime, gambling and violence as game themes. Nothing in it is advice or encouragement to do anything illegal in real life.
Who may play
Age requirement: You must be at least 16 years old to use Underworld 1925. If you are under 18, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian before making any in-app purchase. You are responsible for your account and your password. One person, one account.
Fair play
- Do not use bots, scripts, exploits or bugs to gain an advantage, and report bugs you find.
- Do not attack, overload or try to break into the Game's servers or other players' accounts.
- Do not sell, trade or give away accounts.
Chat and behavior
Be decent. Do not post hate speech, threats, harassment, sexual content, other people's private information or spam. We may delete messages, remove players from chat and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules. You can report a message or block a player from the chat screen.
Virtual money and items
Cash, respect, items and everything else in the Game are virtual. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for real money and may be changed, reset or removed as the Game is balanced and improved.
Suspension and deleting your account
We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. You may delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account).
No guarantees
The Game is provided "as is". It may change, have bugs or be unavailable, and we may stop running it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from playing the Game.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to play after an update means you accept it.
